Trainings

Off-site traning

Location : Mira Road

An inventive indoor & outdoor training facility at jessel Park, Mira Road, where security Guards are trained pre-deployment to tackle the different challenges that could get thrown their way.

Off-site traning

On-Site Training : 8 hours * 3 days (24 hours)

This is matched by the requirements of the principal employer Assessment.

 Security Guards have to take marks based offsite training tests. They will be required to retake training & examination in case of underwhelming results

Indoor and outdoor

Dr. Swaroop Pramanik (IIBMS, Industrial Safety Management)

Indoor Classes: 5 Hours * 2

  • Introduction to the company (Principal employer and Olive Security)
  • Basics of Private Security work
  • Maintaining registers and keeping records
  • Introduction and usage of security related equipment and gadgets
  • Security work of frisking, knowledge of banned items, etc.
  • Radio communication
  • Reportage
  • Knowledge of various ranks and badges with basics of the common laws

Outdoor Classes: 3 hours * 2 days (6 hours)

  • Anti-sabotage check of people & vehicles
  • Fire rescue & relief
  • Practical application of Radio communication
  • Practical usage of access control devices like boom barriers, etc.


On-Site

Shri Tikka Master (Retd. Inspector, Maharashtra Police. 35 years of experience in serving the Maharashtra police Training School, Mumbai as drill Instructor and trainer)

 The concerned area officer is also a member of the onsite training team
